What will be in the subscription box?

Each month you will receive a box full of products for you and your horse, this may include grooming items, treats, healthcare and many more! We aim to wow you with the wonderful brands and products we are able to bring to you and guarantee the value of the box to always be more than the price you pay. 

What if there is something in the box I will NEVER use?

Well, as long as you are a subscriber you may send that item back to us and we will replace it with something else for you in your next box, simple!

When will I receive my box?

We aim to get all the boxes shipped by the 15th of each month. Delivery will normally be between 2-5 days. If you are having issues, or your box hasn't arrived, please email us on info@gallopandglory.com

When will my spayment be collected?

Payments are collected on the 1st of each month after your initial payment. For example, if you subscribed to the monthly box on the 10th of May, your first box will be June's, your next payment will be collected on 1st July for your July box, and so on. You can skip/pause/cancel via 'your account' when you sign up.

Can you deliver abroad?

Yes we can, if your country isn't showing on the drop down when checking out, please email info@gallopandglory.com with your location and we will provide you with a quote for delivery.

Do I have to sign up to a subscription or can I just buy one box on its own?

No you do not have to sign up to a subscription if you don't want to. We understand some people simply don't want a subscription. You are able to purchase just the current months box on its own, for the same price, we are the only subscription box company that doesn't charge you more for a one off box! Our subscriptions however are customer friendly! You can cancel or pause your subscription whenever you want, you are in control. No ties here!

Are the items in your dressage/eventing/unicorn gift boxes the same all the time?

Yes, our beautiful gift boxes are not subscriptions, they are a one off. All the products within our gift boxes are listed on the product pages for each box, so you know exactly what is in them, unlike the monthly subscription boxes which are a surprise! The contents may change from time to time depending on new products and availability, but we keep the website up to date so what is listed is exactly what you will receive.

What will be in a Bespoke Box?

Only the best!!! As with all our boxes, only the best gets in! We plan your box to your selections, if there is anything you want specifically you can email us on info@gallopandglory.com
